Allan is currently the only Certified Integral Coach™ in the Calgary area. Integral Coaching® provides a comprehensive approach to coaching based on Adult Development Theories and Integral Theory. The design of coaching programs is unique to each individual and is integrated with the client's whole life. The change is therefore self-supported and lasting.

Before establishing Pocket Watch coaching, Allan was a Program Manager for a Calgary high-tech company, following a career as an officer in the Canadian Air Force. His versatility and initiative allowed him to pursue a wide variety of roles and gain experience in multiple disciplines. He brings this diverse experience to coaching in the ability to view a topic from several perspectives.

Allan is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a member of the Integral Coaching Consortium™, Can-Fit-Pro, and the Project Management Institute. The majority of his clients are working on life transitions or the development of business soft skills. He works exclusively in one-on-one, confidential coaching relationships and prefers to meet face to face for all coaching activities.
