Aly Pain is a vibrant, tenacious leader passionate about empowering people and relationships (couples, families and Corporate Teams). She is a Certified Co-Active Coach, graduate of the Coaches Training Institute Relationship Systems Program, and a member of both the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and the International Coach Federation. Aly combines 10 years experience in personal development and 15 years as a trainer/facilitator to create her unique brand of coaching.

Since founding InnerPiece, Aly has worked with many individuals and organizations (TransCanada, Canada Olympic Park, Can-World Finance, C3 Calgary, MOPS Calgary). She donates her time at The Sonshine Center, Christian City Church Calgary, Killarney School and is a regular contributor for Calgary's Child Magazine.

Aly's work focuses on creating intentional relationships for individuals and groups of any size, moving away from "Who is doing what to whom?" and toward "What is trying to happen?". This encompasses everything between increasing positivity and productivity in an organization to having a more enjoyable experience around the dinner table.

Aly has a strong background in communication, developing and delivery of training programs and leadership skills.
