Angelique McPherson is a CTI graduate, a member of the International Coach Federation and owner of The Coaching Effect.

Her career focus is building her coaching practice to include a mix of business and personal clients. After having a successful start she is actively seeking new clients.

Angelique has an extensive array of business skill sets that come from 20 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner and operator. Clients will benefit from the experience she can bring as well as the passion and enthusiasm into the coaching relationship.

Angelique has spent the past 3 years in leadership development and personal development that transitioned into the world of coaching. Coaching has become her main focus and to work with individuals that are ready to achieve their goals and move forward. She assists her clients in effective communication, experiencing multi-perspectives to increase their understanding, and in creating meaningful connections with others.

She defines her clients as:
