Barb is an Executive and Organizational Coach who brings to her clients 25 years of rich and diverse leadership experience in the corporate, entrepreneurial and not-for-profit sectors. She provides leadership and career coaching for:
- Emerging and developing leaders
in a variety of industries which includes manufacturing, oil and gas, natural resources, legal and financial services, and land development/housing as well as in governmental and university environments.
In addition to coaching, Barb is an energetic and inspiring facilitator who designs and delivers customized workshops on topics such as DISC Personal and Team Styles, Emotional Intelligence, Situational Leadership II, Performance Coaching, and Work/Life Balance.
Barb's unique approach of blending her key attributes of a genuine interest in her clients, a caring and compassionate manner together with her razor-sharp focus on goals setting and action is often what draws clients to work together with her as their coach.
Barb is a graduate of the Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Program and is an accredited IFC ACC coach. She is currently serving a 2-year term as the President of The Business & Professional Women's Club of Calgary. She is a Past President of The Junior League of Calgary and serves as a member of this organization's Community Advisory Board.
