Bliss has over 15 years experience providing coaching and leadership to high performing business leaders and teams across Canada and the UK.   Using a variety of assessments and approaches, he partners with clients to customize an individual development and leadership plan to support their business and create the necessary behaviours to lead with confidence. His clients continually report that his direct, encouraging approach supports them to achieve tangible results that they and others in the organization clearly see.

Having a background in leading and managing diverse teams provides Bliss a unique perspective and understanding that form the basis of his coaching.   He specializes in working with successful professionals (Executives, Directors, Managers) with high potential to enhance Leadership skills and those with behaviourial and communication challenges in leading their team. His clients include the Hyatt Hotel, RBC, Nortel, City of Calgary, Scotiabank, NAPA and entrepreneurs in the construction industry.

Bliss has lead business units in the areas of sales, operations, service and human resources. He has completed a BA in Economics, a Diploma in Financial Analysis and certification as a professional coach. He is currently on the Board of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.
