For more than 25 years, Bob Johnson has searched for and developed leadership potential in organizations through his coaching of senior executives and their teams. Working with organizations as small as 10 and up to 80,000 employees in size and in a variety of industries, both public and private, profit and not-for-profit, Bob has consistently helped organizations and individuals achieve their goals. Workshops, retreats, and team building initiatives are all a part of his rich portfolio of experiences. Bob has been described as "one of the leading, most seasoned, executive coaches with a style best described as one of benevolent irreverence."

Bob's executive coaching experience is complemented by his whole company teamwork sessions (half day to multi day), senior executive planning and strategy sessions and retreats including teamwork exercises using his extensive Outward Bound experience. As part of his coaching, Bob also conducts workshops in Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Recognition, Employee Retention, Situational Leadership, Ethical Persuasion, Understanding Generational Differences, Change, Risk, Trust and Corporate and Personal Values. Bob has led workshops and retreats for executive teams of four and corporate groups as large as 190.

Bob holds two undergraduate degrees from the Minnesota State University at Mankato. He is a trained Intrinsic Coach through the Totally Coached program. He is a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator facilitator and is certified to use the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) and the Firo-B indicator, all critical tools for coaching. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has held several volunteer roles leading the Executive Coach Committee and was one of the founders of the Executive Coach Learning Track at the Annual ICF Conference. He has led and participates in the Executive Coach Summit, an annual think tank of very experienced professional executive coaches. He is also a founding member and serves as a Board member for the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO). He is a founding member and a past president of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.

Bob's company has delivered services and partnered with other leadership companies to over 100 organizations of all sizes and types of industries. Recognizable client names include IBM, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, On Semi Conductor, Shell Oil, Devon Oil Canada, Deloitte and Touche and Corporate Express Canada. Bob is sought after as a coach, workshop facilitator and speaker and has worked internationally delivering in many countries including Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Argentina, Brazil and as far afield as Saudi Arabia.
