Bruce's passionate and thought provoking style of coaching is rooted in 20+ years of Canadian and U.S. business and leadership experience in the energy sector. He started The Calgary Chamber of Commerce's Mentor Program 14 years ago and has been involved in mentoring and coaching since then. His clients include major oil companies, large IT companies, an urban health region, numerous smaller organizations, and individual entrepreneurs.

Complementing his coaching, Bruce offers a broad range of specialized corporate and individual development workshops, including a leading edge workshop for organizations based on the power of beliefs, attitudes and patterns of thought to create desired results. These concepts have recently been brought to wider public attention by the movie, The Secret. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) a graduate of an ICF accredited coach training school, an instructor in the Management Certificate Program at the University of Calgary, a trained mediator, experienced in 360 degree assessments, and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is a past president of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC) and coached in three organizations that were winners of the ICF's Prism Award for business achievement through coaching, the most recent one being in 2007.
