Carla is an Executive and Organizational coach with twenty-five years of executive, leadership and consulting experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors and twenty years of voluntary Board experience.

Her diverse background in customer relations, operations, human resources, strategy, governance and marketing is invaluable. Having been in these roles, Carla understands the challenges faced by leaders and teams at all levels within organizations.

Carla supports clients through significant change initiatives including cultural shifts, mergers, building on leadership capabilities, team dynamics, strategic direction, developing and implementing coaching/mentoring programs and organizational and business focus changes. She also develops and facilitates workshops on Coaching and Mentoring Skills, Embracing Conflict, Appreciative Inquiry and Myers Briggs for Teams.

Her enthusiasm and commitment extends from witnessing the transformation in clients as they increase their personal awareness, step out of their comfort zones, examine possibilities and achieve outstanding results.

Carla is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a graduate of the graduate coaching program through the Newfield Institute, a graduate of the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Program, a Certified Bigger Game Coach, and a qualified Myers-Briggs Type Facilitator.

She is Past President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, Chair of the Board at Woods Homes, a member of the Calgary Downtown Rotary Club, a member of the Major Donations Committee, and a Stampede volunteer.
