Chantelle's human resources experience and passion has led her naturally to coaching. Working with aspiring leaders, she helps people tap that untapped source within them, find what it is that drives them, and what they are really called to do. At the executive level, she helps her clients determine what is life after work (aka retirement), since life after work is not what it used to be!

An established professional in the field of Human Resources, Chantelle Pinder is a generalist at heart. She has her CHRP designation and is currently working toward her CPCC certification through the Coaches Training Institute and the University of Calgary. Chantelle also has interests in advocating for better HR practices, as she chairs a Professional Development group for the HRAC and is actively involved in a number of other initiatives including Vibrant Communities Calgary. A regular source for news and magazine articles, Chantelle has been featured in Calgary Inc., Canadian HR Reporter, Calgary Labour Market News, and the Alberta Report to name but a few.

Chantelle is also a business consultant where she partners with organizations to improve human value and interactions, and is a regular presenter on topics such as generations in the workplace, assertiveness, and other related matters.
