Designing a willed future and supporting "already effective" leaders and teams on their path to personal and organizational greatness is the focus of Connie's coaching practice. A graduate of Newfield's Coaching for Organization Learning, Connie coaches leaders to make new observations, allowing identification of new actions that lead to new results. Achieving alignment between rational thought, linguistic competency, and somatic and emotional intelligence underpins her coaching approach.

She is an executive coach and management consultant with expertise at senior levels in the telecommunications and energy industries and has over 24 years of experience. For seven years, she has provided services to clients in multiple industries in strategic and business planning, business development, leadership and executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, accountability & alignment, project management, process improvement, change management and strategic alliances.

Previously, Connie was Vice President, Enhanced Service Development and Controller at TELUS Marketing Services, a call center service bureau and subsidiary of TELUS Corporation.

Connie holds the ICF credential Associated Certified Coach (ACC). Clients consistently value Connie's strong facilitative leadership, business acumen, and process development skills. Recent coaching clients remark on her unbridled optimism, ability to generate trust and provision of practical tools, while focused on the practicalities of achieving demanding business results. Most recently, she completed terms as both Membership and Special Events Director for the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.
