Deb Hooker is a Certified Professional Coach, who works with individuals and organizations to enhance human potential. For over 20 years Deb has worked in the corporate world, of which the last 14 have been in senior level sales and consulting. Deb is comfortable in a variety of environments, frequently working with executives and employees alike. She has an instinctive ability to understand and anticipate what action is required to move people forward. Deb is an exceptional communicator who focuses her coaching practice on:
- Business and Life Coaching
- Coaching skills and MBTI workshops for teams; and
- On-board coaching for individuals assuming new roles where achieving quick results is mandatory
Through years of experience in working in a variety of key local, national and global industries, Deb has witnessed first-hand the struggles and challenges associated with organizations facing rapid growth in a challenging labour market.
Deb was trained through Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is certified as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaches Federation (ICF). In addition, she is a certified facilitator of the Coaches Clinic Workshop ® through Coach U and is qualified to administer and interpret Myers Briggs Type Indicator (BMTI) through Psychometrics Canada.
