She has coached and facilitated in a variety of organizations, focusing on existing strengths, knowledge and expertise while defining and addressing unique needs and challenges. Her clients include executives and teams in oil companies, construction companies and smaller organizations.

Diane is highly qualified... as a CoachU Certified Graduate, a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and Past-President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.

Diane uses several assessment tools to help leaders better understand how their behavior impacts their effectiveness and how to adapt their behavior and communication style to meet the needs of the organization.

Diane is also a coach's coach...passionate about supporting coaches as they develop their skills and strive to meet accreditation criteria. She is a Faculty Member of Coach University International, and accredited as a Professional Mentor Coach.
