Donna Arvidson coaches and trains Executives and leaders at all levels to demonstrate truly inspiring leadership and to manage the leadership role while maintaining a work/life balance and healthy lifestyle. She brings twenty-five years experience coaching, consulting, training and counseling. Donna assists leaders to recognize, celebrate and utilize their strengths, while setting goals and taking action to enhance their effectiveness. She gives direct, honest feedback and assists individuals to explore and utilize their own experience and wisdom. Donna teaches two courses at the University of Calgary (Management Seminars): "Coaching for Quality Performance" and "Developing Your Coaching Skills". She is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
