Doug's twenty-plus years of business leadership experience spans the industries of construction, housing, manufacturing, exporting, and distribution; and crosses Canada, United States, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore. Doug is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and Corporate Coach U. He has undergraduate training in Economics and Mathematics, as well as a Master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
