Gail Basaraba is an experienced coach. She brings her clients the advantage of over 17 years experience as a leader, executive coach and consultant. Her area of focus and passion has been in developing leaders and high potential employees through various extended learning processes and one-on-one coaching.

Through coaching she works with Executives and mid level managers to maximize their potential and to adopt and implement change to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business results.

Gail coaches and develops teams. She is certified to use the TCI Team Diagnostic, a powerful new assessment that reveals a team's unique blueprint. The results highlight both the strengths and vulnerabilities of the team, pointing the way to high performance.

Gail also has designed and delivered various leadership development programs aimed at increasing skill and competence around a number of leadership dimensions (Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Building and Maintaining a High Performance Team, Leading Organizational Change etc).

Gail is highly qualified. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute; has a degree in Psychology and has completed the Practitioner of Change Program. Gail is certified in the Centre for Creative Leadership's suite of development and assessment tools and is certified in MBTI.
