I am a career development counselor, personal and business coach, and succession planning consultant. I work with teenagers, young adults and professionals, and partner with educational institutions and corporations as a leadership coach. My multi-faceted experience includes career management counseling, recruitment and management consulting with organizations in engineering, health, education, technical, industrial, profit and non-profit, manufacturing and institutional sectors (universities, government, crown corporations). I have worked in various parts of western and eastern Canada and have been associated with organizations of international scope. Over the years, I partnered with a variety of multidisciplinary teams and a diverse client population, in multicultural settings.

My passion is to help professionals and students strengthen their personal foundation and take action toward what they want most. For the benefit of my clients, I design 'state-of-the-art' personalized career development models.

My university education in business and human resources with Concordia University is complemented with continuous psychology learning with Athabasca University, and professional training in: career management, recruitment, retention and succession planning, interviewing, counseling, coaching and consulting. I am a graduate of Coach University International and a member of CoachInc., the International Coach Federation, Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, YMCA Calgary, and the Canadian Yoga and Meditation Institute.
