Gord Aker is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has over 11 years of leadership experience in both the field operations and head office environments. With a background in engineering, a passion for leadership and a zest for life, Gord offers clients a unique mixture of off the wall thinking, focused commitment and genuine compassion all wrapped up in a zany sense of humour.

Logical Leadership was created to provide professional coaching to two specific groups, namely: leaders with a preference for logical, rational and analytical thinking, (engineers, scientists, accountants, information technology professionals, etc) and Young Professionals who are determined to step up into their full potential as quickly as possible.

In addition to numerous individual and organizational clients, Gord is also assisting the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary with the development and implementation of the Maier Student Leadership Program. Gord is also the President Elect of Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.

Gord has over 24 years of work experience and is a licensed Professional Engineer with degrees in both Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering.
