I welcome the opportunity to assist those who seek a more fulfilling, balanced and self-directed life.

My career includes time in Human Resources and Sales/Market Management, as well as time as a HR consultant with an emphasis on career transition coaching. I am proud of my accomplishments as a coach, mentor, developer of people and as a presenter. My professional development includes the completion of the Co-Active Coaching Training Program delivered by the Coaches Training Institute through the University of Calgary. I am also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I have been married to my best friend, Janie for over 34 years. Together we raised three children, who are now all highly successful in their chosen professions, as a teacher, an events manager and a professional athlete. I am known as "Gramps" to 7 grandchildren, who keep me childlike.

Exceptional things can happen when we work with a coach who is fully committed to the greatness held within us and the attainment of our individual aspirations.
