Heather O'Bray works with women who want to go beyond the ordinary to design an extraordinary life. Through a process of self-discovery, goal setting, planning and accountability, women create their personal vision and direction.

Heather's coaching company, HERizon Coaching, also focuses on working with women-led teams. Social services, health care professionals, educators and others, will benefit from Heather's 15 years experience in the charitable sector. HERizon Coaching can offer True Color sessions as an interactive way of exploring individual communication and interaction styles.

HERizon Coaching owns and operates The CountryWood at Bragg Creek. This log cabin meeting space is available to companies for day retreats, team building and strategy sessions.

Heather is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches. She is also a certified True Colors facilitator.
