Jacqueline has 20 years of business experience, including 12 years experience providing executive and leadership coaching for high performing business leaders and teams across North America. She collaborates with clients to customize high impact individual and team leadership programs. Jacqueline also provides customized facilitation and workshops on topics such as the DISC Personal and Team Styles, Situational Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Personal Productivity, and Trust and Collaboration. Clients continually report that Jacqueline's direct and supportive approach assists them to achieve tangible results that they and others in the organization clearly see.

Jacqueline's experiences as a senior leader in corporations include providing the strategy, governance and implementation of leadership development internationally for a large, multinational financial services company. Jacqueline has completed a B.Sc., a Diploma in Career Development, an M.Ed. in Adult Education, and certification with Corporate Coach University and the International Coach Federation (PCC). She has served 2 terms on the Board of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC).
