Jamie is a Business Coach and Consultant with 12 years experience in management and leadership of a successful and growing commercial real estate company. Jamie also worked in the large corporate environment of IBM for 5 years prior to transitioning to a Vice President role in the entrepreneurial world of commercial real estate development, investment and management. This role involved: strong leadership; well developed communication and negotiation skills; strategic planning; facilitation of corporate growth and projects; tenant, contractor and supplier relations and negotiations; legal liaison activities; and investor relations.

Understanding the diverse and varying requirements of all parties, Jamie's most important gift is creating situations in which all parties can benefit. She is a strong believer in supporting clients to create situations that benefit both themselves and also those with whom they connect, whether they be in their organizational or personal environment.

Jamie works with business owners and leaders as well as individuals to create optimal situations based on the client's strengths. This involves open communication, increased awareness, working with realities, embracing diversity, strategic planning, and effective implementation.

In addition to Jamie's degree in Commerce, she is a graduate of Coach U and the advanced program at Corporate Coach U. She is a member of the International Coach Federation ("ICF"), is past Memership Director for the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and past President of Uptown17 Business Revitalization Zone.
