Kara is fiercely committed to her clients' richest experience - however they define it. Through the coaching journey, Kara's clients:

With extensive experience in non-profits and publicly-funded institutions, Kara focuses on clients who are:

• Leaders at all levels wanting to rise out of the "day-to-day" and arrive at their visionary best;
• Those wanting to "keep the learning alive" after or during a course, workshop, or training seminar;
• Individuals looking to clarify their true path and walk boldly on it.

A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, Kara holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She has also earned the credential of ACC from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has a Master's degree in Adult & Continuing Education and a B.A. (Psychology) from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a member of the 2008 ICF Membership and Community Committee, and is a volunteer with A Hand UP Coaching.
