Karen is a leadership coach who empowers and supports leaders in identifying, developing and improving communication styles and behaviors for more productive working relationships.

After 15 years of working in Alberta's health regions as a physical therapist and team leader, Karen has spent the past three years immersed in following her passion to create a greater impact in people's lives through coaching.

Her coaching clients speak highly of her ability to guide them to "discover ideas I didn't know I had", "identify solutions I can use right now" and "to know I have the answers".

Karen collaborates in coaching partnerships that provide clients with awareness of what motivates them; clarity for goal setting, opportunities and development; and results-based action plans.

She is a trainer with Erickson College International. Participants speak of her as "a highly skilled presenter and trainer, who is knowledgeable, clear and patient, with a lively fun approach".

Karen loves to connect with the great outdoors on all continents and considers life long learning to be the greatest contributor to her coaching successes.
