Marlene combines her two passions, leadership excellence and golf in her coaching and leadership seminars. She supports executives and business owners in becoming more confident, creative and candid by focusing on:

and aptitudes
As an Advanced Practitioner (EFT-ADV), Marlene incorporates Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) into her coaching practice to help clients explore subconscious perceptions and beliefs that get in the way of attaining their personal and professional goals.
Marlene is President of CAPC, an ICF certified coach (ACC) and coach to the Winner of the 2006 Prism Award presented for Excellence and Business Achievement through Coaching. She earned an MBA and brings a wealth of business savvy derived from her cumulative experience as a business owner, management consultant, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in a broad range of industries.
Marlene is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and "course designer" of her innovative Links to Success seminars - Mastering your Game and Mastering the Challenge of Change. The "courses" incorporate the metaphor of golf and self-scoring to creatively explore the nine key qualities of personal effectiveness and organizational excellence.
